The Mangere Development means that many older state houses are making way for 10,000 new homes, bringing a fresh vibe and providing more high-quality homes. The development of Mangere West will contribute to the new terraced and apartment homes that are being delivered to the Mangere community. These new homes are a mix of state, market and more affordable homes that are warmer, drier and healthier.

LEAD Alliance is laying the groundwork for the new homes and spaces communities need. Our job is to enable the land for building, and construct new and upgraded streets, parks and public spaces to create a safer, greener and more connected neighbourhood. We’re delivering high quality infrastructure which supports community growth and raises the standard of living.
