We're delivering build-ready land and infrastructure in the large-scale developments overseen by Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities.
Through our collective commitment, we’ve forged a powerful partnership consolidating and streamlining land development processes. We’re ensuring that infrastructure is built and land is enabled for housing efficiently and cost-effectively.
LEAD stands for Land Enablement and Delivery.
As an alliance, we lead design and construction of infrastructure and enable land for development.
Our name is also a nod to the fact that the alliance is first to break ground in the neighbourhoods being revitalised.
Our responsibilities include civil design and construction; removal of old state houses no longer fit for purpose; land remediation; arranging consents for earthworks and infrastructure; construction of roads, parks and utilities, and looking after the communities we’re working in as we go.
We're combining our skills and experience to free up constraints around building and help make housing more affordable.
The government has entrusted our owner participant Kāinga Ora with a vital mission: to replace ageing state homes by delivering suburb scale projects and building the infrastructure and amenity to cater to the evolving demands of our city.
